Job description

We are looking to recruit ambitious, driven, customer focus people to join our award-winning social housing organisation in our vision to ‘helping our communities, live, grow and thrive together’. Providing a customer focused service, you will help to prevent and address nuisance behaviour, patrol and control access to all our high-rise blocks, and deal with answering our emergency phone line.

The role – What I’ll be doing

The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a team delivering a professional, high quality night-time customer service, the role will include;

Concierge
CCTV monitoring
Mobile security patrols
Equipment checks
Attending Anti-social behaviour reports within our high-rise tower blocks
Fire alarm response
Lone working
Emergency caretaking and cleaning service of our high-rise tower blocks
Phone handling for our OOH telephone line
Raising OOH emergency repairs and allocating to OOH operatives

You will be working weekends and all bank holidays, fixed shifts, 8am – 8pm as part of a team delivering a front-line service to meet customer demand at first point of contact.

What we’re looking for

Someone who is comfortable working weekend and bank holidays.
Passionate about customer service
Experience in customer facing roles.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and working to ensure your work is completed to a high standard and thrive on a varied workload.
Full valid UK driving licence
SIA CCTV licence – we would consider applicants who don’t currently hold a licence.
