Traffic Marshall

Responsibilities:- Directing traffic and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles in designated areas- Using hand signals, flags, or other methods to communicate with drivers- Assisting with the coordination of vehicles entering and exiting construction sites or event venues- Monitoring and enforcing parking regulations- Assisting pedestrians in safely crossing roads or parking lots- Reporting any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with drivers and pedestrians
Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask- Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods of time- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations- Previous experience as a traffic marshal or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
