Traffic Banksman

Must have a CPCS or NPORS card
Responsibilities:- Directing and guiding vehicles and machinery on construction sites- Ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and machinery by signaling drivers and operators- Communicating with drivers, operators, and other personnel to coordinate movements- Monitoring the surrounding area for potential hazards and reporting any safety concerns- Maintaining a clear line of sight with drivers and operators at all times
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Banksman or in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of signaling techniques and hand signals used in directing vehicles and machinery- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and procedures- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, operators, and other personnel- Physical fitness to stand for long periods of time and perform manual tasks as required
