Your challenge

Business Unit
LGT Wealth Management UK LLP IT is responsible for the development and support of technology solutions to support critical business operations. Working in cooperation with the LGT global IT department located in Liechtenstein, we are involved in a broad range of activities including:

Development of software, web applications and data solutions;
Project management and programme delivery;
Operating a diverse array of client and server software applications;
Infrastructure management including data centres, networks, storage systems and servers;
Telephone and desk-side end user support, including workstations, laptops, printers, telephones and mobile phones;
Research and development.

Brief Role Objective:
LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is strongly focused on delivering great eperiences for clients and staff by using technology in creative and engaging ways. We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tester to join our growing team for a large scale CRM delivery.
Day to day this role is assigned to our business-led Client Servicing product team, where as a tester you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementation. You will work closely with the development team to design, eecute, and automate test cases for Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce eperience as well as epertise in test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting test plans to review recent developments or updates, ensuring everything works as it should. Whilst you might have a script to follow and test, you’ll also consider other areas not listed – “this works, but what about if I do it another way”.
Developing detailed test cases, test scripts and test scenarios for Salesforce
Responsible for reporting to the CRM Lead Developer the test progress, product quality status and test results.
To be responsible for Quality Assurance of assigned products within changes and projects.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks to ensure efficient and repeatable testing processes.
Identify, document, and help prioritise defects working closely with the development team. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact e
isting functionality.
There are several different teams including integration with legacy systems, you will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth release process and provide input on the overall quality of the CRM system.

Your profile

Key Skills and Competency Requirements:

Required: 3 years + eperience in Salesforce though relevant e

perience with similar CRM tools such as dynamics will be considered 5 years + testing e
perience E
perience with testing automation tooling such as Selenium or Tosca. Proven eperience e
ecuting Smoke, Regression, System Integration, Functional and Non-Functional testing. E
perience in testing Web API’s. E
perience working within a scrum team.
The ability to review Agile User Stories and using them to create test scenarios. E
cellent spoken and written English.

Beneficial: E

perience working in Wealth and Investment Management or Banking.
Salesforce certifications, (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Developer or Platform App Builder). E
perience with tooling such a Jira and TestRail.
