Temporary Concierge

Job description
Jackson Sims Recruitment are currently seeking Christmas temporary Concierge staff to cover shifts at luxury residential buildings across London.
Shifts will vary depending on our clients requirements but typical working hours will be between 8 – 12 hours, with day and night shifts available.
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building.
Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
Assisting residents with day to day queries.
Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Previous experience working in high-end residential buildings or luxury hotels would be desirable and experience in customer facing roles is essential. All successful candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
