Position: Team Supervisor – Production and Warehouse in Food Manufacturing Salary: £33,000 per year Work Schedule: 5 out of 7 days with Saturdays off Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Job Purpose:
As a Team Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing production activities. Your mission is to drive efficiency, maintain quality, ensure safety, and enhance communication within our team. Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Inspire and lead your team to success.

Production Planning:
Strategize and optimize production schedules.

Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of product quality.

Efficiency and Productivity:
Drive continuous improvement in processes.

Health and Safety:
Ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Communication and Coordination:
Foster effective communication within the team.

Absence Management:
Handle workforce planning and attendance.

Discipline:
Uphold company policies and standards.

Grievance Handling:
Address and resolve team concerns.

HACCP Implementation:
Ensure compliance with safety standards.

GMP Enforcement:
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices.

Food Safety and Security:
Uphold food safety standards.

Succession Planning:
Develop plans for team growth and development.

Developing Your Reportees:
Mentor and guide your team members.

Colleague Performance Management:
Monitor and enhance team performance.

Accident Investigations:
Conduct thorough investigations when needed.

Continuous Improvement Projects:
Drive projects to enhance efficiency.

Functional Skills:

Attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required. College education or business management development preferred. Working knowledge of regulations and audits (USDA audits, HACCP). Key Competencies:
