Here at the Constellation Management Group, we are looking to recruit Hotel security officers who have great communication, conflict management, interpersonal and customer service skills, for our client, within the high net worth hotel sector in London Mayfair.
As a hotel security officer, your role is vital within the high net worth hotel industry, you will be working within a team environment liaising with the in-house hotel team, you must be able to adapt to client requests and follow company procedures at all times.
Relevant security experience in hospitality and corporate backgrounds.
A clean, smart and professional appearance is required at all times. Uniform requirements are as follows: black suit, white shirt, black tie, black lace-up shoes.
Overview:

Salary: £12.00 up to 13.00 per hour
Type: Self Employed – Must have a UTR Number
Location: Mayfair, Greater London

Main Duties of Hotel Security Officer

Monitor and control the hotel entrances.
Monitoring and reporting any allegations or issues that occur to your superior.
Manage undesirable behaviors’ in a professional manner.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations and the company’s policy.
Are aware and adhere to the hotel procedures.
At all times maintain the confidentiality of the client and its guests, relating to the GDPR regulations.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Valid Door Supervisor SIA License
Great communication and customer service skills.
Have a professional approach and an eye for detail.
Previous experience in the security industry is required – 2 years experience minimum.
Have a flexible approach towards working hours.
