Here at the Constellation Management Group, we are looking to recruit security officers who have great communication, conflict management and customer service skills, for our client, within the high net worth hotel sector in London Mayfair.
As a security officer, your role is vital within the high net worth hotel industry, you will be working within a team environment liaising with the in-house hotel team, you must be able to adapt to client requests and follow company procedures at all times.
Relevant security experience in hospitality and corporate backgrounds.
A clean, smart and professional appearance is required at all times. Uniform requirements are as follows: black suit, white shirt, black tie, black lace-up shoes.

Main Duties of Event Security Officer

Monitor and control the event entrances.
Monitoring and reporting any allegations or issues that occur to the Event Supervisor.
Patrol the event area on a regular basis ensuring it is following the standard the client has requested.
Manage undesirable behaviors’ in a professional manner.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Door Supervisor SIA License
Great communication and customer service skills.
Have a professional approach and an eye for detail.
Previous experience in the security industry is required.
