An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Security Waking Watch Team Leader / Supervisor to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at various buildings in the Earls Court area of London, W14 area.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and must have excellent Customer service and organizational skills, combined with a flexible approach to working.
They will need to work effectively both as a team member and positively motivate and inspire the security team to achieve performance objectives.
Shift pattern: On average of 56 hours a week. 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Off. Shifts as per site rota 07.00 – 19.00 / 19.00 – 07.00.
Hourly Rate: £12.45 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an outstanding customer focused experience.
Manage all team members to ensure they are keeping residents safe in case of fire and working with the building managers regarding fire safety.
Ensure the team can quickly spot a fire and help residents evacuate safely whilst liaising with the emergency services.
Responsible for staff welfare including performance, training, absenteeism, holidays and sickness.
Client liaison.
Attend client meetings and take minutes.
Investigate all accidents/incidents.
Ensure compliance with the site assignment instructions and Audits.
Ensure that the contractual service level agreements and KPI’s are met to cover operation requirements.
Undertake any reasonable business request from you Line Manager.
Manage the roster to meet the client’s requirements
Deliver training and support for new and existing staff
Essential Criteria:
A minimum of 2 years previous Security supervision experience leading multi officer teams.
Have excellent communications skills and attention to detail
Have experience creating Rota patterns
Have experience training and mentoring new staff
Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities
Understand Health & Safety requirements and reporting
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
Hold a current SIA Licence
