Datasource need an outgoing, dynamic individual who is excited to join our recruitment team. At the heart of this Recruitment Consultant role is a strong sales mentality, as you’ll be responsible for business development, which is all about cultivating meaningful relationships. Your mission: to drive growth in our business within your designated area. If you’re a people person with a knack for forging connections and the drive to excel, we want you on our team.
Datasource’s main offices are based in Cheltenham.
This is a hybrid role based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Please note that you must be within 1 hours travel of Cheltenham.

No previous experience required! Full training will be provided.
We need individuals who have transferable skills and who are willing to learn.
High levels of customer service and quality are important to us so we’d be keen to speak to someone who has previous Customer Service experience or has worked within a Customer Service environment ideally.

Someone with brilliant Account Management or Stakeholder Management skills.

Key responsibilities

Sourcing CVs/candidates
Assessing candidates’ suitability for roles
Negotiating offers and contracts
Holding telephone interviews
Arranging interviews
Outbound phone calling
Attending Defence and Recruitment events
Networking on LinkedIn and social media
Manage and develop the Datasource Database
Support the Account Managers and Key Account Manager in everything that they do

Expected earnings £22,000 – £25,000 per annum basic with OTE £31,000 pa [Great progression opportunities available!]
Head Office: Cheltenham
Hours: Tues – Fri 11am – 8pm, Sat 9 – 5:30pm OR Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm
