Operations Excellence Lead

Overview:

The role:

This key leadership role collaborates and drives root cause learning to produce Solus Aviva standards through key operational improvement activities. Providing through the Operational Excellence Team continuity, quality, innovation, and systems thinking during our sustained growth program.
Responsibilities:

Deliver a balanced score card of productivity, customer outcomes and profit.
Oversee key operational improvement
Turn data into learned insight and drive operational actions.
Lead the Group Support Team of industry experts to reinforce and grow capacity.
Lead the development and delivery of operational excellence programmes across the Solus network.
Develop, design, and ensure delivery of an Operational Excellence rolling programme.
Support the Heads of Operations and Technical with the management of wider company continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications:

Desirable skills and knowledge:

Experience of working within a complex industry preferably in a similar role.
Excellent stakeholder management
Strong leadership skills
Financial acumen
Business processes workflow optimisation and operational excellence methodologies.
Problem solving and vision.

This role would suit someone with never-ending curiosity and courage to challenge the norm. An ability to work with data to drive change to achieve our Solus growth, customer, and centre of excellence ambitions.
