Night Concierge

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Night Concierge to work at a luxury residential development in North London. Shift pattern is 4 on, 4 off working from 7pm-7am.
Position: Night Concierge
Location: Kings Cross
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 7pm-7am
Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building.
Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site.
Undertaking building patrols to ensure the security of the building and to report any maintenance problems to the Property Manager.
Assisting residents with day to day queries.
Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels.
Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries.
Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively.
Issuing building fobs and parking permits.

Our client is looking for a well-presented, charismatic and well-spoken candidate. Luxury residential or hotel experience is essential.
