Location: Luxurious Residential High Rise Near Canary Wharf
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts
Salary: £28,000 with the opportunity for overtime

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Day Concierge to join our prestigious residential high-rise team during mobilization stage. You will have a unique opportunity to welcome the very first resident moving in and make the very important impression. As a Day Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in providing residents with a seamless and high-class living experience, offering exclusive and personalized service as well as, building a strong professional rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Presence: Greet residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, offering assistance and information about the building’s amenities and services. Maintain the lobby in pristine condition and effectively communicate with the facilities management team on all maintenance and housekeeping related issues.
Safety: Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants by monitoring access, conducting regular security checks, and adhering to building protocols. Assisting the security team on site by correctly managing deliveries to the building/residents.
Amenities Management: Have exceptional knowledge of the amenities of the building and procedures, be able to assist residents with queries in the absence on the amenities team.
Package Handling: Manage mail and package deliveries, notifying residents promptly of their deliveries and ensuring secure storage.
Concierge Services: Assist residents with various requests, have a good knowledge of local area and central London, transportation arrangements, and coordinating maintenance services.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, log incidents, and perform administrative tasks as necessary, answering emails will be a large part of the job. Telephone handling skills will be a must.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role, within a luxury residential setting or 5* hotels setting– preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of the local area and amenities is a plus.
A proactive and adaptable attitude with a commitment to going above and beyond for residents.
A supportive character and ability to work efficiently in a team.
