Mobile Supervisor/Manager 4 on 4 off Nights

Hold a valid Door Supervisor, Security Guarding or Close Protection SIA Security licence
Hold a Full UK Driver’s Licence
Be fluent in English and have strong communication skills
Be of smart appearance
Be physically fit
Be reliable and good time keeper
Be able to make decisions in critical situations
Be IT literate and be confident using phone and tablet applications

Duties to include:

Responding to alarm activations and conducting Mobile Security Patrols in the company vehicle
Overseeing the night operations and be point of contact for onsite security teams
Staff welfare visits
Uniform Issue
Aid with covering officer sickness using our online portal
Working on Static site when necessary
Dealing with Police and other emergency services
patrolling premises
Being responsible for the safety and security of customers and staff
Preventing / Investigating misconduct or malpractice issues
Maintaining outstanding customer service levels
Any other task given to you from the Duty Manager or Regional CSM
