Mobile Security Officers – SIA License Is Mandatory

Location: Weymouth Area
Salary: £12.50 per hour (Upon successful completion of probation)
Shifts: Night Shifts
Overtime: Available
Double Rate for Bank Holidays

About Real World Services:
Real World Services is actively seeking dedicated SIA operatives to bolster our mobile patrol team. We are a well-established security company operating in and around Weymouth and Dorset, committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and safety.
Role Overview:
As a Mobile Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be conducting mobile security patrols in the Weymouth and Dorset area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and protection of our clients’ assets and work directly with our Operations Manager, Simon Mitchell
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mobile security patrols using fully liveried company vehicles.
Adhere to shift patterns scheduled monthly.
Work 13-hour night shifts starting from our Weymouth office.
Monitor and report any security breaches or suspicious activities.
Utilise basic mobile handheld technology effectively.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Participate in ongoing training and adhere to uniform guidelines.
Enjoy 28 days of annual holiday.
All positions are PAYE-based.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A valid SIA license is mandatory.
Previous experience in security is advantageous but not required.
Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology is preferred.
A strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
