We are currently looking for Relief Security Officers/BSO to join our expanding Team covering Kent area Greater London

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills. Whilst experience of working in a security environment is preferred, full training will be provided.
Ideal candidates:
· Must hold Full current driving licence
· Must hold a valid Frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision Licence with experience in a security or retail type role (knowledge of ASCONE is a distinct advantage)
· 5-year checkable history
· Hold a valid passport/work permit
· Must be fluent in English
· Able to deal with clients and their customers by always showing professional behaviour on site.
· Able to follow instructions whilst staying calm in a highly pressured environment. Able to report to emergency services and control room when required.
As a Relief security officer, you will be responsible for:
· Ad-hoc support for our security operations
· Partnering with store management to meet loss prevention objectives
· Commit to the highest degree of professionalism andcustomer service
· Detect and prevent shoplifting, and ensure the safety of store employees
· Prepare case reports covering theft details
· Ensure high execution of company security measures

Position Summary:The Security Officer is responsible for the safe and secure operation of our building. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
Requirements:Must be 18 years of age

Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of college or equivalent work experience in related field is preferred
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical requirement; we are not able to sponsor you for this requirement

Duties include:

Patrol the exterior of the building at least once every day.
Monitor entry at all times including when doors are locked. Ensure that all exterior doors are locked at the end of each day.
Ensure that all surveillance equipment is working properly at all times. Ensure that the exterior entry and security system is working properly at all times. Ensure that the alarm system is set to alarm and set according to schedule. Ensure that the surveillance camera is functioning properly at all times. Ensure that the emergency exit is set according to schedule and ensure that it is set according to policy.
