Mobile Response Officer / Control room Officer

Security Response Driver wanted
This position is to become one of our response drivers in our northern office. We are looking for someone to become part of our control room as a response. You will work as part of a three-man team on a night time.
Duties include:

Responding to alarm call outs.
Performing patrols on clients’ properties.
Unlocking and locking down clients’ properties.
Maintain vehicles.

The role will also require you to be trained in the control room.

Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Collaborate with security personnel and emergency response teams to provide real-time information and support during critical situations.
Talking to clients.
Taking phone calls from monitoring stations.
Sending response drivers out on calls.
Making sure all duties & tasks are complete.

You will need the following:

SIA Badge
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Work as part of a team.
Full drivers’ license.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

There is also the opportunity to become one of our controllers full training will be provided.
