Mobile Response Officer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Patrol Officer to join our team.
As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will play a critical role in providing a visual deterrence, responding to incidents, securing our sites and providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:

Adhere to Mobile Patrol Unlocks/ Locks and Patrol schedules.
Using our patrol system to record the locations and times visited during each patrol
Responding to alarm activations as appropriate, and if required liaise with emergency services and the My Vision Security Control Team
Carry out precise data entry and documentation of incidents, and responses in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing critical information, and providing support during high-pressure situations.
Welfare Checks on Static Security Staff.

Essential Attributes:

Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Valid S.I.A Licence (SG,DS or CP)
Currently Residing in the Wolverhampton Area, or willing to Commute.
Comfortable working with GPS devices, Mobile Phones and Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Great Time Management Skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Able to drive at Night/Day .
Happy to work additional hours where necessary, including on the opposite shift e.g. night to day.
Ability to work a 12 hour 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, including weekends and holidays.
