My Local Bobby LTD are currently looking for a Full time Mobile Security Officer to join our patrol in Hadley wood , working on a varied shift pattern. *
Interested candidates must have a valid frontline SIA licence and Full clean UK Driving licence.
Job Description

Must be able to communicate well
Must be polite and professional at all times.
Report for duty 15 minutes prior to starting work, enabling the shift to commence on time.
To follow and maintain site specific Assignment Instructions.
To understand the needs and requirements of the client and carry out the duties effectively.
Must have good written report skills
Must have a clean full UK Driving license

Responsibilities of the Security Officer:

To provide a highly-visible presence, to protect all client property/buildings that are within our defined area.
To support the client when called upon.
Always maintain a log of all routine and non-routine occurrences and keep the Management team informed.
Report any immediate maintenance issues to the required team/supervisor.
Monitor, understand and respond to all radio enquiries for security.
Report and co-ordinate calls
Log any alarm response calls
Make sure that the appropriate company documentation and site forms are used in line with the Assignment instructions.
To control and escalate any security matters to your senior Manager
Liaise with the Police in the event of an incident, record all notes.
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, whilst on duty.
Dress to the standard expected as per the assignment instruction.
Be a positive representation of the company

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A good working knowledge in the security industry.
Organised and able to priorities
Emergency Procedures.
Good interpersonal and customer facing skills.
Good communication and presentation skills
A good understanding of P.A.C.E, The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.(training given)
IT literate
Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
Maintain your SIA Frontline certification and display your license at all times.
