Position: McDonalds Lobby Liaisons Officer
Hourly Rate: £12.00 p/hHours available: Full time.
SNSG is recruiting for a McDonalds Liaisons Officer in Birmingham.
The McDonalds Lobby Liaison officer will be responsible for upholding the integrity and brand of McDonalds as well as SNSG. Officers will be a welcoming face and be able to deal with a wide variety of customers to ensure all are safe and happy whilst in store. The liaison officer will be well experienced, smart, and professional at all times. Excellent conflict management skills are essential for this role.

Demonstrate the ability to deal with difficult conflict situations from a billing dispute to an ejection

During screening, you must be able to provide evidence of 5 year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.
A Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role.
