Responsibilities:
-Long Term Work HS2(CIS)
– Supervision of small gang of drainage and competent in paperwork of point of work risk assessment,read and understand lift plan, work accordingly.- Directing and guiding the movement of Excavator on construction site-Must have 1 years Drainage, sheet piles experience with Machine- Assisting with the safe loading and unloading of materials and lifting equipment.- Communicating with drivers and operators to ensure safe operations- Using hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to relay instructions- Monitoring the surrounding area for potential hazards and taking appropriate action- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:- Previous experience as a Banksman or in a similar role is preferred- Knowledge of construction site operations and equipment- Familiarity with hand signals and communication devices used in directing traffic- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness

Salary: £23.00-£25.00 per hour
