Information about the Department:
The Learning and Development department promotes and supports learning and development opportunities for all personnel in TWFRS. This helps to maximise their contribution to delivering high-quality services and facilitate succession planning.
About the role:
This role is to aid in undertaking a variety of I.T. duties, e.g. operating various software packages, producing electronic reports, compiling and storing statistical information. The successful candidate will be required to assist with registering of candidates with the Awarding Body, maintain relevant records including notification of candidate’s achievements and certification requests, and apprenticeship administration support.To support department managers in the delivery of exceptional services to our community and key stakeholders.
Main duties:
· Provide support to the Learning & Development Administrators· Provide administration support to the BTC training course (administration and preparation)· Monitoring and ordering all uniforms, PPE and consumables for L&D and BTC
Qualities / skills required:
· Experience of working in a clerical/administrative environment.· Ability to effectively work to tight deadlines.· Proven experience of inputting data accurately.· Skilled in the areas of I.T, data bases and clerical duties.
