From the moment you join us, you’ll be contributing towards the investment of new testing capabilities to ensure future Powertrain development can take place and meet the business requirement of developing new, world class desirable products.
You will champion the formation of a ‘Local Business Office’, holding responsibility for the definition, critique and communication of a rolling Capex inventory in support of our portfolio. The role will encompass a range of responsibilities, leading on both planning and execution, tracking, and management activities.
You will generate a centre of excellence for our capital investment approval processes, supporting our Project Management Office, Project Managers and Technical Specialists through the processes to ensure robust business justification is articulated within senior approval forums. Other responsibilities will include project financial housekeeping, support with procurement processes and asset management.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
As Investment Planner – infrastructure projects, you will own the ‘Local Business Office (LBO)’, aswell as for capex planning – long range (3-5 year) & annual submissions process inc. quarterly review & update.
In this role, you will also:
Project initiations – Capex approved projects from long range / annual submission into PMO
Align process with the local team, business office stakeholders and enterprise

Essential:
Have experience working with capital budgets, including spend forecasting
Have experience with business case development Be a confident communicator
