Gateman traffic Marshall

Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE A CSCS CARD and TRAFFIC MARSHALL CARD- Directing traffic and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles in designated areas- Guiding drivers to available parking spaces or designated loading/unloading areas- Assisting pedestrians in crossing streets or parking lots safely- Communicating with drivers and pedestrians using hand signals, flags, or radios- Monitoring and enforcing parking regulations and issuing warnings or citations when necessary- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities- Maintaining a visible presence and providing excellent customer service to all individuals on-site
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role is preferred but not required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with drivers, pedestrians, and colleagues- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, and safety procedures is an advantage- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and the ability to walk long distances if required
Note: Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience as a Traffic Marshall.
