We have hours available for a Flexible temporary Worker.
The assignment is for a Waking Watch Security Officer working at Harwood House in the Bristol, BS5 9XA area.
On average 48 hours per week. 4 On, 4 Off, Days, Nights & Weekends as per site rota. 08.00 am – 20.00 pm / 20.00 pm – 08.00 am.
Pay rate: £10.90 per hour. Weekly pay.
Main duty – The Waking Watch officer will patrol the tower block looking for fire hazards and fire activations.
This allows you to:
Full PAYE status (still allows Tax Credits/SSP etc)
Remain eligible for SSP/SMP
Weekly pay every Friday
Holiday pay
Job flexibility – allowing you to be registered with more than one company

Person specification: To be considered for this position, you will need:
A valid SIA licence
A full five year checkable employment history;
Industry experience and background;
Willingness to be flexible in working hours;
Clear and effective written and verbal communication;
Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records;;
Customer focused;
An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach;
Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative;
Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills;
Be punctual and Reliable;
IT skills
Responsibilities: Security will be required to:
Ensuring all customer security requirements are met in line with site assignment instructions;
Conduct patrolling every 1-2 hours to detect fire and evacuate the buildings in the event of fire, report any fire related issues so these can be dealt with
Checking fire alarm panels for any faults and report;
Be responsible for any fire risks to the building or potentially fire risk which are to be reported immediately as outlined in the Assignment Instructions;

Dealing with people within the buildings that may need help and assistance to evacuate the building as outlined in the Assignment Instructions;
Report any maitenance issues that may arise within the assignments, for example lift breakdowns and damages to property;
Liaising with the Fire Brigade in the event of a fire and also their checks on sites
Completing any necessary paperwork and reporting
The Waking Watch need to have a good understanding of the buildings they are in and the procedures when evacuating the buildings
Good teamwork is a must
Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom
You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.
You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from Brooklands PM (PSP) Payroll Services Provider.
You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
