Events & Matchday Security Officer

We are looking to expand and strengthen our current Stadium and Events Teams at the CBS for the upcoming season 2023/2024.
Match days at Coventry City Football Club are typically on the weekend, with some weekday evenings matches.
This is a causal position which would work around a different job or childcare
Communication skills and a pro-active attitude are required for the ideal candidate .It is required that all candidates complete the online ACT course, A Level Two NVQ in spectator safety is desirable but not essential. In due course, the company will offer you this free of charge.
You responsible Duties Include:

The safe access and comfort of spectators visiting the stadium
Identifying and reporting any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators and report to a supervisor
Ensuring that Coventry City Football Club standards are upheld by being the first line of contact with guests and provide a welcoming environment to provide the best experience and visit at CBS Arena
Smooth Operation of Ingress/Egress

You will have…

A can do attitude and be prepared to help the team
Overall Presentable appearance
Excellent interpersonal skills and be polite and courteous
An SIA License (required for SIA role +1 Year Experience Essential )
Excellent observation skills
