EVENT SAFETY STEWARDS

Security Scotland are recruiting Event Safety Stewards to join our Events Team as we plan for our forthcoming Summer Events period and then into the next footballing season.

This is a great opportunity for the correct individuals to work at some of Scotland’s Premier Events this summer and work alongside a dynamic and experienced Management and Supervision team. Some of the events will include Outdoor Events, Outdoor Music Shows, Championship Golf, Music Festivals & the Edinburgh Festival.
Ideal candidates must be over 18 with a friendly and outgoing approach, be presentable and have excellent communication skills, which should include written English.

Duties would include:

Ticket checking
Public information
Directional information
Carrying out safety patrols
Traffic management

Experience is not essential as you will receive an in-depth Company Induction and your first shift will include shadowing an existing team member.

Continued professional development is also a key focus within the company, with the below training courses being offered FREE of Charge:

First Aid at Work
Emergency First Aid
Fire Marshal Training
UEFA Steward Training Course
British Sign Language
Pyrotechnic Awareness

Our branded uniform will be provided, as our staff presentation and professional standards are one of our company’s key values.

After completing 6 shifts, you will be eligible to receive FREE SIA Licence Training.

Starting Rate of Pay: £10.65 per hour (paid weekly)
