Evening Porter/Concierge

Our clients are recruiting for an experienced Porter/Concierge to work the evening shift at a small high end private residential block of apartments in Hampstead. The Evening Porter will work alone taking full responsibility for covering the lobby reception desk and being the first and only point of contact for the residents and their visitors. The Porter must be highly polished with exceptional manners and customer service skills to provide a professional hotel style front of house reception facility for the residents. The Porter will also maintain security, conduct thorough building checks, deal with any reactive maintenance complaints, handle the rubbish collection rounds during the course of regular patrols, manage keys, parcels and any other issues raised by residents or special request such as booking a taxi etc. Applicants must have a strong proven track record and a strong sense of responsibility for the health and safety and fire prevention checks in the building and must have a positive and cheerful personality to deal with the residents professionally at all times.
