Control Room Supervisor

Shift Pattern:

1st week schedule: Saturday & Sunday day/night shift, Mon – Tue – Wed night shift
2nd week schedule: Saturday & Sunday day/night shift, Mon-Tue night shift

Duties include:

Booking Security officers on/off duty

Recording safety check calls, monitoring and solving problems

Answering incoming calls from officers and customers – recording important details accurately

Monitoring CCTV Surveillance system

Dealing with Local Law Enforcement and First Aid Agencies

Provide accurate and detailed shift reports verbally and in writing

Issuing and checking of keys in accordance with control room procedures

Assisting with roster allocations and covering shifts with officers at short notice

Directing and monitoring mobile drivers in respect of Alarm Activation and Patrols

Dealing with all control room issues, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

Good oral and written communication skills IT skills ( Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

SIA Licence (CCTV and Security Guard/Door Supervision)

Must have previous CCTV control room experience

Checkable full 5 years work/education history

Right to work in UK

Uniform and full training will be provided.

Salary: GBP £12.50 Hourly rate
