Job Description
Broadland Guarding Services Ltd is currently recruiting for Relief Control Room Operative / Mobile Patrol Officer to work in our Control Room at our Head Office in Norwich and to carry out patrols at variety of sites in and around Norwich. The position is 12 hour night shift, covering any sicknesses / holidays & Weekends.
Full training will be offered.
The BS7858 vetting standard requires applicants to provide a 5 year continuous employment history or back to school leaving age, whichever is shorter.
The applicant must hold a current SIA licence in door supervision or security guarding. The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses the following attributes:

· Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word

· Excellent at problem solving· Ability to work well under pressure· Reliable· Ability to prioritise· Able to accurately record information· Observant and possess a good eye for detail· Comfortable working as part of a team or as an individual· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Confident in dealing with various situations· High level of customer service experience or great people skills· Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work off your own initiative

Locking and unlocking of buildings
Responding to alarm activations
Mobile patrols
Emergency site cover if and when required.
