Citywatch Control Room Operator

iO Associates is looking for a CONTRACT Citywatch Control Room Operator, to work for an international infrastructure group that specialises in construction, support services, and infrastructure.
As a Citywatch Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring CCTV, ITS, and Pay on Foot Parking equipment and responding in accordance with the service requirements. You will also be providing support to the City’s car parking service and Civil Enforcement teams along with complying with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation to ensure obligations are met.
Locations: Southhampton, UK
Hourly rate: up to £13 per hour
Working pattern: On-site
A successful candidate will have:
· SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) Licence.
· Prior Customer Service experience.
· Eligible to undertake and pass SIA licence training including enhanced background checks.
· Knowledge of standard Office IT packages.
· Knowledge of relevant legislation, GDPR, HRA
