To be successful, the ideal candidate will be well organised, have a desire and will to close deals, and have demonstrable experience in a high-pressure sales environment, ideally selling security services and systems to businesses in multiple sectors.
We are seeking the type of person who is confident enough to coerce at all levels of business and interface with a multitude of organisations in different sectors.
Good oral, written communication & presentations skills are essential.

As a business development manager, you will identify opportunities, arrange your own meetings, present the services, and close the opportunity. This a 360-cycle role and as such previous experience to demonstrate your craft will be required.
We specialise in providing security services including Manned Guarding and CCTV for the Construction, commercial and retail sectors.
