The role:

As the Senior Account Management & Business Development Director – Industrial Sector you will:

Lead the EMEA-based Account Management and Business Development Team for the Industrial Sector, ensuring the implementation of strategies for profitable revenue growth.
Develop a regional strategy that aligns with the global sector and EMEA market sector strategies. Identify key internal and external factors shaping Plexus strategy and lead the implementation of necessary changes to meet our objectives.
Ensure customer satisfaction by representing the voice of the customer, identifying their needs, and executing solutions to enhance revenue growth and customer excellence.
Build and maintain executive relationships with sector customers, serving as the contract escalation point when required.
Foster a high-performing Account Management and Business Development Team that drives revenue growth and financial performance, holding staff accountable and providing regular feedback for their development.
