Traffic Marshall with NRSWA

On behalf of our client, KCS are in the search for 2 Traffic Marshals.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in traffic management, possess M1/M2 or NRSWA Unit 2 and above qualifications, and be skilled in handling low-speed works. As a Traffic Marshal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of on-site traffic management.
Responsibilities:

Directing and guiding vehicles within construction sites or other areas.
Implementing traffic management plans effectively.
Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and workers in the vicinity.
Coordinating with site personnel to optimize traffic flow.
Monitoring and managing vehicle and pedestrian access points.
Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Traffic Marshal.
M1/M2 or NRSWA Unit 2 and above qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Knowledge of low-speed works and traffic management best practices.
