Traffic Marshall/Banksman

Responsibilities:- Direct and control traffic flow in construction sites or other busy areas- Ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles by providing clear instructions and guidance- Use hand signals, flags, or other approved methods to communicate with drivers- Monitor and enforce traffic regulations and site-specific rules- Report any incidents, accidents, or violations to the appropriate authorities- Maintain accurate records of traffic movements and incidents
Skills:- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey instructions to drivers and pedestrians- Strong attention to detail to ensure the safety of all individuals in the area- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations- Physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods of time and withstand various weather conditions
Note: A valid Traffic Marshall certification & CSCS card is required.
