Job Title: Traffic Marshall – SWQR 01 Qualified
Responsibilities:- Direct and manage traffic flow in designated areas, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and vehicles- Control access to restricted areas and enforce parking regulations- Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and other personnel to provide clear instructions and guidance- Monitor traffic conditions and report any incidents or hazards to the appropriate authorities- Maintain accurate records of vehicles entering and exiting the premises- Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations- Attention to detail to accurately record information and identify potential risks- Good problem-solving skills to address traffic-related issues efficiently- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and withstand outdoor weather conditions
Note: SWQR UNIT 01 – Signing / Lighting & Guarding Qualification is required for this role.
We require 10 qualified Traffic Marshalls for the following date – Sunday 5th November. You will receive a minimum 5 hours pay.
