Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Security Team Leader to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Braintree Village

Key Responsibilities:

The day-to-day management of Security Officers to ensure the required Company and client requirements are met.
Review the performance of the Security Officers daily.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with our clients.
Conduct training with the team to ensure development is in line with business requirements.
Conduct HR meetings i.e., investigations/disciplinary meetings, welfare & return to work etc.

About You:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Previous supervisory/management experience required within a Security team.
An SIA licence is required.
Knowledge or previous experience within the construction industry.
To be fully flexible to meet business requirements.
Strong communication & organisational skills.
CCTV is required.
