Security Response Officer

Ashridge Group have a new opportunity: We are seeking an Operations Response Officer to join our team at Head Office on a Full Time, Permanent contract. You will work a shift pattern of 9 shifts and 5 off, performing mobile patrols and attending alarm activations using a company vehicle and assisting with Operational tasks.
As part of the role you will also be required to complete telephone and virtual welfare checks. You will also be responsible for answering the duty manager phone dealing with any issues that arise for our officers on site.
This position will allow you to work as part of a friendly experienced team, who will help guide you and provide you with the correct training in order to complete this role.
The successful candidate must be a hardworking individual who is motivated and passionate about exceeding our customer expectations. Your objective will be to assist the Head office team in providing excellent customer service, reporting back to the Head of Operations.
The ideal candidate needs to reside within 10 miles of Head office (Aylesbury/ Leighton Buzzard/ Milton Keynes or the surrounding area)
Location: Soulbury (LU7 0JL)
Pay Rate: hourly rate £12.25
Hours: 12 hour shifts – average of 54 hours per week (9 shifts on and 5 shifts off)
Working Hours: 2000 – 0800hrs
Duties include:

Responding to alarm activations
Lock-ups/un-locks
Conducting welfare visits with guards both in person and virtual.
Assisting with scheduling and control room duties
Compiling reports for the management team
Daily vehicle checks
Answering incoming calls and enquiries
Managing staff allocation in the event of absence

Requirements:

[Essential] Valid SIA Frontline License
[Essential] IT literate
[Essential] Full 5 Years employment/education history.
[Essential] Valid Driving License
[Preferred] First Aid Trained (Certified)
[Preferred] Experience in the security industry
[Preferred] Excellent customer service skills
[Preferred] Clear and direct commutation skills [Written and verbal]
