Salary: Circa £50,000 £55,000 dependent on experience
Days / Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 – 1730 hours
Location: Working from Home, London and South East Sites, Office in Greenwich and Ashford
Our customer is a privately owned company who are a leading provider of professional integrated security services including security officers, front of house, mobile patrols, key holding, and electronic security systems giving their clients a flexible and scalable approach to securing their businesses.
The London and SE Operations Director will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a group of managers looking after an established portfolio of contracts within London and the Home Counties. Key Responsibilities: London and SE Operations Director duties will include:
Full operational responsibility for London and SE
Helping to grow the business through strategy development
Monthly 1:2:1s with Ops Managers
Carrying out staff welfare visits/appraisals/ investigations
Managing staff and team building
Complying with service level agreements and key performance indicators
Implementing correct Client and Company procedures
Essential Skills Required:
Previous management experience within the Security Industry
Ability to risk assess and identify security compromises (actual or potential)
Excellent communication skills
Dealing with situations and clients requests promptly and accurately
Communicating clearly and logically in face to face situations with clients and staff
Excellent English and IT skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
Must be hardworking, self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
Must have a Can Do attitude
