Position Summary:
The MB Supply Chain Integration Services (SCIS) global team architects scalable, industry-leading digital solutions to support our markets in driving a collaborative, efficient and transparent supply chain that is robust and resilient in meeting the evolving needs of our customers.
The SCIS Solutions Analyst, Supply Chain Operations is responsible to define, deploy, and support Global Supply Chain Operation services in the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, France, ANZ, Latin America, Middle East, Korea. She/He supports the monitoring, support, and execution of global and local supply chain strategies and program as well as facilitating training and change management with appropriate SCIS and business stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Facilitate, track, and provide meaningful insight for Critical Incident Management Plans, Business Continuity Plans, and System Resiliency while working with our international SCIS stakeholders, our international markets, and appropriate partners including but not limited to Martin Brower IT, Reyes Holdings IT Security teams, and Sustainability
Partner with and support the Supply Chain Integrated Systems Change Authority to ensure risk management and communication plans are in place for key projects, change requests, and contracts
Track, measure, and provide meaningful and consistent output and reports to monitor Vendor Performance via contract: KPIs and SLAs, expiration, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. Create and prepare supporting documentation for Executive Business review and facilitation with key strategic vendors
Provide insight to multiple countries, business units via training, communication, and change management principles, and support supply chain leaders for key operational processes.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience
Education in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or International Purchasing
Vendor Performance Management, Key Performance Indicator tracking
Communication and change management skills with adaptability to flex requirements of a complex matrix environment
Knowledge of Data, Analytics, and Business Intelligence
Knowledge of internal and external customer service
Experience with business continuity plans
