Are you an experienced sales manager with a passion for security services? Do you have a proven track record of generating new business and maintaining client relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client are a leading security company that provides a range of services, including man guarding, key holding, alarm response, mobile patrols and K9 patrols. They are looking for a sales manager to join their team and help them grow their market share and revenue.
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
Identifying and pursuing new leads and opportunities
Negotiating contracts and closing deals
Building and managing a team of sales executives
Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support
Reporting on sales performance and market trends

To be successful in this role, you will need:

At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager in the security industry or a related field
A strong knowledge of security services and products
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
A self-motivated, results-oriented and customer-focused attitude
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
