Dual Position CCTV Control Room Operator & Mobile Supervisor

Control Room:
· CCTV patrols of sites via static fixed cameras and PTZ towers
· Client CCTV reports
· LIVE viewing of CCTV and incident reporting
· Liaising with Police for real-time incidents that require emergency services
· Incident reports submitted to management
· Shift DOB required for shift and Handover
· Welfare checks with security guards
· Welfare audits with security guards via online app
· Liaising with on-call Mobile Supervisor
· Shift Handovers – Receive before shift and provide at end of shift
· Mainly Nightshift hours, with some dayshift hours
· Training will be provided including assisted training shifts
Mobile Supervisor:
Mobile patrols of scheduled sites, noting any issues with perimeter fences, gates, buildings etc.
· CCTV cameras & PIR checks with Control Room Operative for on-site visits
· Audits of all on-site visits via online app
· Welfare checks with security guards on-site
· Welfare audits with security guards via online app
· Liaising with Police and Emergency services for on-site incidents
· Incident reports submitted to management
· Liaising with Control Room Operative throughout shift
· Shift Handovers – Receive before shift and provide at end of shift
· Mainly Nightshift hours, with some dayshift hours
· Training will be provided including assisted training shifts
· Company vehicle & Mobile phone provided for shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: From £10.75 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
