Salary Range: £11.50 – £13.00 per hour

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Door Supervisor SIA Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises, their staff, and their customers. As a Door Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, and it will be your responsibility to maintain a safe and secure environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular security checks of the premises, including the perimeter and interior areas.
Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to any suspicious behavior or potential threats.
Conducting bag and personal searches of visitors, in line with company policies and procedures.
Providing a visible security presence and ensuring that all visitors are adhering to the premises’ rules and regulations.
Responding to any incidents or emergencies and taking appropriate action.
Reporting any security incidents or breaches to the management team.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE – A valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
Previous experience working in a security role, preferably in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
A strong customer service focus, with the ability to deal with visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
