Role – Contracts Manager Security Fencing
Nationwide Fencing Services are a large national Perimeter Security Total Solutions Provider. We are experts in our field of manufacturing, supplying & installing security fencing systems throughout the UK
Due to continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join our busy team supporting our fast-growing contracts division. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within construction, knowledge of Security Fencing/Gates would be an advantage.
This role is a huge opportunity for someone with drive and ambition to come into the business and forge a long-term career within the business as we grow.
Main Responsibilities / Skills / Experience:
You will oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams, ensuring work is installed safely, on time, within budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards.
Role & Responsibilities

Working closely with the Snr Contracts Manager to run projects effectively
Managing projects ranging from £5k through to £1 million +
Experienced in effectively leading teams
Effective influencing, negotiating skills
Estimating to effectively capture all variations
Knowledge managing project, with a strong commercial acumen
Accurate forecasting

Experience of working within security fencing sector essential

Working hours: Monday – Friday 7.00am – 16.30pmJob Type: Permanent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: £38,500 – £43,500 Negotiable for the right candidate
Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 2 year’s Contracts Management Experience
Knowledge of Security Fencing Industry Essential
CSCS/SMSTS Etc.
