Concierge Security Officer

Hagleys Group is a prominent training, career development, and recruitment organization. We are currently collaborating with several security companies in the Birmingham area to recruit SIA licenced Concierge Security Officers for positions in diverse locations such as shopping centres, offices, and hotels. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing the excellent security and concierge services to clients, ensuring their peace of mind and satisfaction.
As a Concierge Security Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, offering not only security but also exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, assisting clients with their needs and ensuring a high level of security on the premises.
Duties: (include but are not limited to)

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Provide information, directions and assistance regarding the facility, amenities and local area.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols.
Respond to emergencies and provide assistance/first aid as needed
Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Document all security-related incidents and submit detailed reports.
Collaborate with building management to enforce rules and regulations.
Handle post and packages, ensuring secure delivery.

Requirements:

SIA licence (SG/DS/CP) Essential
Previous experience in a customer service/security role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus
Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Further training is provided along with interview prep, work experience and guaranteed interviews(Mandatory)
Final interview is dependent on candidates successful completion of all mandatory training*
