PPE Needed – Hat, High Vis, Boots.
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Banksman.
As the Banksman you will be responsible for:

Manage / supervise all sub-contractor material deliveries.
Manage / supervisee all waste removal by the sub-contractors.
Ensure the live corridor use for access and egress is cleaned and maintained regularly throughout the day.
General housekeeping i.e. keeping works clean and tidy.
Ensure all bins and skips are regularly emptied.
Ensure the skip compound is kept clean and tidy.
Protect the works with temporary fire protection coverings as and when required.

The successful Banksman will need:

NPORS or CPCS Banksman ticket
Hard Hat, High Vis, Goggles, Gloves and Safety Boots along with overalls.
Experience of working within a healthcare establishment.
Able to deal with the general public in a controlled and calm manor
