Accompanied Viewer

Role
The Accompanied Viewer is essential as the ‘eyes and ears’ of the HMO (House in multiple occupancy) lettings business, being on the ground and keeping a very close watch on our managed properties. They will cover all viewings, inspections, and some check ins/check outs for properties in Medway, Maidstone, and wider areas in Kent.
5 days a week between Monday-Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am to 4.30pm (1-2 Saturdays required per month). A day is given in lieu when working a Saturday.
The duties will include:
● Conducting viewings in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner.
● Closing sales at the end of the viewing to ensure the maximum uptake of tenancies.
● Conducting check in/check out inspections.
● Writing up and producing inspection/check in and check out reports.
● Communicating any issues at inspections/viewings to the property management department.
● Carry out fire alarm checks on properties.
● Audit work performed by our contractors.
● General administration as required.
The candidate will be able to demonstrate:
● Full and clean driving licence and own car (car allowance provided)
● Confident and able communicator.
● Excellent telephone manner.
● A positive and solutions-based attitude.
● Good spoken and written English.
● Able to work in a team and alone.
● Ability to learn various software.
● Good knowledge of Medway.
● Previous experience in an Estate Agency, Lettings would be advantageous.
